Slow Down When Eating

They say if you want to eat more food, you have to eat at a quicker pace than usual. But what about if you want to consume less food? Well, you do the opposite.

Slowing down the pace you eat will benefit you massively and help reduce the quantity of food you consume. You can also have intervals during your meals where you stop eating for a minute. It gives your body a chance to digest the food you have eaten and then you can go back to your meal.
