Service businesses provide intangible items or providers and usually cost for labor or other services provided to authorities, to customers, or to different businesses. “From eating places, bodegas to salons and from clothes retailers to bookstores, small companies in our communities have suffered profoundly during this COVID-19 pandemic. When visiting the small companies Business Plan in my district, I’m informed how the pointless fines have solely added to the burden, further crippling our local financial system. I welcome the Mayor’s Executive Order to reform existing business regulations, by lowering a variety of the financial difficulties they face already.
